This was our 2 Fall trip to Moab where we stayed in this townhome for > week. We will likely be back next year. The location is great: far enough from town to be quiet but still convenient to town. The beds & living room furniture are very comfortable. The complex was super quiet while we were there. Just be aware that the garage is not very wide. It was perfect for our mt bikes and there is a small driveway in front for the car so it worked well for us. Overall our stay was perfect.
