This home is located in the Serene Lakes neighborhood, which is minutes away from both Royal Gorge for cross country skiing and Sugar Bowl for downhill skiing. For several years we’ve found Serene Lakes excellent for more reliable snowfall than the Tahoe area. This house has radiant heating throughout, very comfortable beds, and an extremely well-equippef kitchen, including a convection stove and oven.
