We really enjoyed our stay. When renting this unit, do not expect walking in to what you see pictured in the ad as far as decor and furniture. Also, the unit itself is non-smoking, but they cannot control the other units where people do smoke on balconies so we often smelled smoke on the balcony and when we first walked in. Nothing airing it out didn't take care of though. Sofa sleeper isn't really sleepable, so I would say this unit sleeps 5. We had 5 so we were good. Unit was clean -- it is a beach unit so we expected to see sand and although there was some it was minimal. It was clean, well stocked with starter items as advertised. Check-in and Check- out was at a different location, so there is no front desk to ask questions to which I wasn't expecting. You just have to figure it out, which wasn't terrible. Beach access is wonderful and the beach was never overcrowded which was really nice. It's far enough away from the boardwalk that it was not crowded at all. The view was amazing as expected! Watched the dolphins and sunrise right from the balcony. Overall this place was a good pick and we made wonderful memories.
