This is our second stay in this home but first review. If given the chance we will book again next year. With that being said, our first time booking and this time booking along with several other reviewers in the past, we once again had issues with the heating system. The floor heater for the main living room, dining, and kitchen is insufficient. While it was warm-ish when we arrived, it was a struggle to keep the space at a comfortable temperature. Our first trip the game/back room was comfortable but this trip, like others have mentioned, the gas fireplace was working but quit - we were unable to use that space at all for our last two nights. The heater in the downstairs bathroom also did not work. We did get a prompt response from Vacasa and a response from someone local (I'm assuming), but no one ever came to the physical location to inspect or assist.
We like this house! It is spacious, fully equipped for our style of stay, convenient to the activities we like to partake in, and is reasonably priced. I would hope that the issues with the heat would be appropriately addressed in the future but the repeated reviews expressing frustration with this issue make me wonder if it's a priority.
I imagine this would be a wonderful summer home as the temps would not necessitate heat and the wonderful temps of South Fork summers would be ideal for this house. However, the heat system must be addressed to make this an ideal and consistently comfortable place to stay in the colder months. I hope this is addressed in the future as I do intend to book again! Please take care of this issue! Five stars in the future if appropriately addressed!

From the location to the house itself, what a beautiful place. We will definitely be staying here again. Felt like an impeccably appointed home the moment we walked in. The views and wildlife were an added bonus. We will be back annually.
