The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The slope accesses was very easy, even for 65 yr old skiers. Easier to walk out than to put on skis but if the snow is good you can ski to the back door where the ski storage is located. We found the access very convenient. The condo had plenty of supplies, towels utensils, pots and pans. We used Safeway and Walmart delivery for food. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Also easy walk to base area. Overall a great condo that I would rent again.
