We really enjoyed the spar and indoor fire place. The house was so clean, cozy and warm. The one thing that I want to mention is there was no coffee and coffee filter. Other than that, everything was good.

We have rented this home before and for the most part have been content. This time there were serious issues with the cable which were rectified but took two days. Sadly since our last visit quite a bit of glassware had been broken so they were only three wine glasses. Will pack some and bring them our self the next time but just wanted to let the homeowner know.

We had a very nice NYE trip with our Framily. There were many Pro's but a couple Con's to the home. Pro's: Great size for a group of 13, very clean, especially for a home that allows pets (thank you for that, we are not all irresponsible pet owners), a lot of kitchen gadgets/necessities, nice furniture (except one chair in living room that looked like it had, had better days), overall a lovely home great for a group or Framily! Customer support was very nice for the most part, although the info for WIFI was completely wrong - not even the right name, although found a QR code on the WIFI unit, scanned it and it connected - so not a big deal. Bonus was that they supply little soaps and a couple laundry pods/dryer sheets. Doggy bags and watering and food dishes. Love the extra living room space - was very used! Con's: Trash is a huge problem. When we showed up that outside trash bins were overflowing full, when you have a home with 13 people for 4 days and are told not to put trash outside unless in Bins, it literally causes a stink, and only supplied three trash bags including the two that were already in the two trash bins. Luckily I run into this a lot when renting so brought some of my own. Fireplace was not working - it was completely broken, thermostat was not even on the wall - just bare wires. Not a big deal as there was central heat, but would have liked to have known. No yard and small narrow decks. You are right on a main road when parking and parking space is the only "usable yard". Good parking, but no room to go outside and get some outdoor time. Desks are lovely - but not really a place to hang out as they are pretty narrow, just not much room. Not really a Con per say, but the entryway, stairs and "guest" bathroom have beautiful tile to look at, but kind of dangerous. It isn't even and easy to catch a lip and trip, and stairs are pretty sharp on the edge. Just be aware, when barefoot you could lose a toe.. lol. Overall, I would rent the home again for a large group. But you may need an outing day to get some fresh air, and not may places for your pooch to go potty. Again, thank you for being a dog friendly home and trusting us to respect your home as we would our own!
