We were in town for our daughter's wedding. Great location. We never received our code to enter the building. I emailed and called the property representative - I believe his name was Eric - but never heard back from him. Main Evolve number representatives were awesome. They resolved issues immediately. I will say that we have stayed in numerous VRBO, Air B&B's and felt that they were better appointed than this property. There were only 6 towels and washcloths (I believe) for 6 people - the reservation was from Wednesday until Monday. I would have thought there would be more towels and washcloths. Limited dishes. No dishcloths. One kitchen towel. Also - the lights did not work in the bathroom off the kitchen - my husband flipped the breaker over and then it worked - HOWEVER, the fan would not shut off even in the off position - thus having to flip the breaker in the off position. There was no WiFi information in the home. First morning we woke up we had no WiFi at all. I ended up calling property representative Eric again - no response. Called main Evolve number - they were again awesome - connected me with the owner. WiFi issue was resolved. Overall - we were happy with the rental - just the issues mentioned above! Location is great - nice to have a garage - however, parking spots were very limited but we did end up finding a spot when my daughter and her husband arrived. There also were more than 2 cameras at the property. A front door ring doorbell camera, garage door camera - a camera located in the garage by the opener, a camera mounted on the second floor facing front door and also a camera located by the deck off the bedroom upstairs. Most concerning was the "Inside camera" sitting on the one video game console. ???? Quite honestly I am not sure if this is legal unless the people renting property are aware there is a camera inside.
