Such a cool place to stay! Our kids loved the animals and the truck slide. The camp fire with the horses right there was a unique experience and I would stay again. The bedroom with the full bed was big enough to fit a pack-n-play for the baby.

It’s a nice alternative to camping outside, but was expensive for what it was (almost $1k for 5 nights). We ran out of toilet paper & got no response from management when we asked for more, which is really the only complaint. There was minimal cell service (which is fine), which may be the reason they didn’t get my message. It had a stove, somewhere to sleep, running water, and options for AC/heat. It’s super close to Raystown lake & Raystown dam, and property is pretty. I recommend bringing a larger vehicle, the driveway is a little rough for a smaller car.

We rented a charter boat there at Raystown lake, didnt want to put our dog in a kennel and didnt want to stay in a hotel. Found Urban Saddles that allowed pets. We were in. We were the only ones at the resort but it was perfect. We stayed in Wyatt Earp, which just the right size for 2. The stairs were a little challenge for me(i have knee n feet issues), top bedroom has a double bed which was to short for hubby and I, so he slept in botton bedroom. The view of the pond was nice too. All the farm animals that are on the property was another plus. Our puppy even made friends with the baby pig. Hope to see ya next year
