we were there in the winter so did not get to use the outdoor space but it must be spectacular in the fall. the house is just okay. it is run by a management company so not as welcoming or attention to detail including communication as i have been used to with individual hosts. but overall fine and we did have a great time

Proportions of the rooms are great. Furniture is above average. Property was a beauty. Stone fire place and field stone details were very nice.
