The apartment could easily be a 10/10 with a few simple updates. The furniture, rugs, and décor feel dated, and the apartment has an old-house smell, likely from the carpeting. Replacing the carpets or using a scent machine would freshen the space considerably. The TV in the living room is a bit small for the size of the room, and adding TVs to the bedrooms would be a nice upgrade.
The outdoor seating areas are small and could be made much more inviting with comfortable options like padded chairs or porch swings. Overall, this is a great place to stay with plenty of space, a fantastic location, and just a few cosmetic updates needed to make it exceptional.

This was one of the most comfortable homes I’ve stayed in. Great layout,comfortable and clean furnishings and a lovely view of the lake with mountains in the background.

Comfortable master suite with king bed and multifunction shower was nice. Nowhere to hand clothes or place suitcase. Beware that hot water runs out quickly. Enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. Basics only in the kitchen, but no glass bowls and only one baking pan. Loved having a grill to use, but needs repaired or replaced.
