Recent First Tracks Condos - Steamboat Springs vacation rental reviews

First Tracks was a great option for our family of 3 spring break vacation. It was a solid home base for the week allowing us enough comfort to sleep well, cook most of our meals and easily access the ski resort as well as the free bus line to the rest of town. 1st floor in the condo building right by a building exit made our trek to and from the gondola (about 2 blocks walk) much easier with our gear. No rental car was needed even after 2 days we pivoted from skiing to fishing, biking and horseback riding due to the warm weather. Steamboat makes it really easy to access the best activities - either shuttle service or the free bus. This condo is very functional and was a bit tight for us to be super comfortable in the common spaces even as a family of 3. But if you are looking for a good home base for a long weekend it was a great value and perfectly located.

The unit was very convenient to the Wildhorse Gondola and other amenities-hot tub, gym. Easy in and out. No rental car required as Vacasa van system was terrific.
