Weather is always a hit and miss situation, this year it was beautiful. We have stayed at this property before and would recommend it anyone. Worst part of our stay was coming home to 10 inches of snow!

We had a wonderful stay at 1301. It was spotlessly clean, with comfortable sofas and beds, and great views. The large pool area and the gym were immaculate and the gym had diverse and well maintained equipment.
