Close to the pool, fantastic shuttle service, walkable to the gondola. Excellent spot for families with small kids.

We were so very happy with our accommodations and stay at Eagle Ridge Lodge, unit #104! For starters, the staff was amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, professional and available. It felt like they were actually happy we were staying there. Even the shuttle drivers were all very friendly and kind. That's a bonus we were so happy about - the lodge has its own free shuttle that runs from the front door of the lodge to the base of the gondola - and it runs every 10-15 minutes (we never waited long to catch it at either the lodge or the base of the mountain). Our unit was great, too. Being on ground level, we could walk out our living room glass slider door and were only 10-15 steps from the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. AND there's laundry in the unit!!! That's such a key feature, especially having traveled and flying in from CA and not needed to pack so much. I must say that the building must be very well insulated because even though outdoor temps ranged from 9-30 degrees, we actually had all the heaters/thermostats turned off the whole week were there and the unit stayed cozy and warm the whole time. Overall the unit was well equipped with all we needed and a great place to stay! Looking forward to coming back next winter and bringing another family (friends of ours) and hoping to get units there again!
