Everything about this place is ideal for a ski condo. Close parking, super easy and quick drive to baldy. Cozy inside, heater works great, warm shower, full kitchen. 10/10

As advertised. Smallish but efficiently laid out and well furnished. Full kitchen had everything needed. You can see Bald Mtn. from the main room and Dollar Mtn. is right down the street. Could also walk to paved trail network (Wood River trail). Only problem was that blinds are thin and there is a lamppost right outside the windows so it was not dark in the unit at night.
