There is gate access to Breakwater Trail that you can use to walk or ride bikes all the way to Lewis or into Rehoboth. It's a great day trip into Lewis that owners have always personally enjoyed.

This gem of a townhouse boasts three levels full of comfort and great amenities - exactly what you deserve! The main living space of the home is located on the second floor - the open floor plan seamlessly combines the living room and dining area together - the kitchen is separate from this area by a half wall. The living area will be everyone's favorite gathering spot with a huge sectional, two inviting sofa chairs, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The living opens up to a screened-in porch with a nice outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco. The kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and a small electric oven. When mealtime comes around, gather at the six-person dining table, or if you are in a rush, you can always host a quick meal on the go at the four-person table in the kitchen.

The first level of the home hosts a private bedroom with a small desk and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower.
