Fenwick Island Water slide is one block; go-karts are one block; video games are one block, with local streets having dead ends to traffic roads.

The main living space is located on the home's second floor, featuring an open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a TV with cable, and a woodstove to warm up the entire space in the blink of an eye. The open kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. Access to the large wraparound balcony, furnished with an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and lounge area. This floor also hosts a washer/dryer.

The first-floor second living space has a mini-fridge, a double sofa bed, a comfortable sectional, a TV and stereo, and a dining table.

There are children's games and books, beach toys, baby gates, a big red wagon for pulling kids, and a beach buggy for toting gear.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The woodstove is not operational during the summer. If renting during fall/winter, please use only two logs per day.
