The condo features a new tankless water heater, so no worries that everyone can have a hot shower after a day at the beach. Settle down on the sectional to watch a little TV before bed, and step back out to the sunroom to toast your good luck at finding the perfect vacation spot.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Access to the Dave Marshall Center (including a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and Pilates classes) is $20/day per person or $200/week for a family of 5. (Fee is paid on-site.) The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
