In the warmer months, Buffalo Mountain Trailhead and Lily Pad Lake Trailhead are just up the street from your condo, around 0.5 miles away. Dillon Reservoir is a quick six-mile drive. Closer to home there is clubhouse access on the premises with an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, and game room with ping pong, a pool table, foosball, racquetball, squash, a sauna, and a cookout area
