The ocean views are expansive, and the sunset skies are pretty cool too! You won't get this kind of view from the oceanfront!

Spread out downstairs in the big family room - it's all bright and open to the well-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There's more than enough room for everyone! The family room offers foosball, a large TV with state-of-the-art surround sound, cable, and wireless internet available throughout. Bring your tablets and laptops!

The large main suite on the top floor invites you to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy your vacation. Rise and shine and catch the sun rising over the Atlantic from the comfort of your king-size bed, or enjoy your coffee on the oversize private balcony adjacent to the primary suite. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious deep bathtub, a separate shower, and space all around.

The kids can entertain themselves for hours in the large downstairs primary suite complete with a private bath. A queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle, and a top-of-the-line roll-away bed allow six kiddies to comfortably sleep in this enormous bedroom.

THINGS TO KNOW

• This Penthouse Paradise welcomes extended stays! Check with the Vacasa extended stay team to learn more about rates and discounts.
• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
