You'll love the big private main bath with an extra deep jetted jacuzzi-style tub, separate shower, and a water closet, along with double vanity. The family room offers plenty of seating and is open to the dining room and kitchen with beautiful ocean views. Walk right out onto the private balcony and kick back with your favorite beverage. The Dunes Condominiums offers a fitness room, a beautiful pool, along with convenient outdoor showers on the ocean side, and outdoor grilling stations. Of course, it’s all oceanfront giving you and your family easy quick access to the beach. Feel like grilling up some surf and turf? Head down to the community area and you'll find two grilling stations not far from the pool. Let the kids splash and enjoy dinner poolside! Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes/kayaks locally at Ocean Rentals and tour the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge.

Things to Know

Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided.

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

No smoking, no parties, no events, and no pets allowed.

Do not move furniture between rooms.

The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches.

Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
