Welcome to the Salty Mermaid! Located in beautiful Sandbridge Beach with amazing beach and ocean views, this charming three-bedroom condo is lovingly decorated with fun, beach-inspired touches throughout.

Sleep soundly in the spacious primary bedroom, where you can enjoy beach and ocean views right from the bed. The private primary bathroom features a deep jetted tub, separate shower, water closet, and double vanity.

The inviting living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and opens to the dining area and kitchen, all with beautiful ocean views. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the private balcony and relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the coastal scenery. Smart TVs are available in each bedroom and the living area, allowing you to stream from your favorite apps or mobile devices. Complimentary WiFi is also provided.

The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Gather around the large dining table and enjoy your meal with an ocean view. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, including one with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and twin trundle. A second full bathroom is also available, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
No smoking, no parties, no events, and no pets allowed.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
