The TV in the great room provides easy viewing from both the kitchen and dining area.

With three bedrooms, everyone can enjoy comfortable surroundings and privacy. The primary suite features a cozy bed and cable TV for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable bed and a walk-in closet for added convenience. The third bedroom is ideal for guests of all ages, equipped with two comfy twin beds.

Step out onto the balcony for stunning ocean views and breathtaking Back Bay sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee, savor an after-dinner cocktail, or unwind with a good book as the gentle breezes flow around you. The upscale kitchen boasts GE Monogram appliances, granite countertops, and tile floors, making it easy to prepare meals.

The open floor plan from the kitchen to the great room allows everyone to stay connected. An extra-large dining table with eight chairs provides plenty of room for meals and gatherings, whether you're preparing a gourmet dinner or enjoying takeout. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
