This gated complex is situated in the heart of Sandbridge, offering convenient walking access to the beach, a local market stocked with anything you might need, as well as restaurants and seaside shops. On the grounds, you'll find a large courtyard featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room equipped with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators for easy access.

Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
