Relax on the private patio while watching the kids in the pool. Exclusively for your use, a large storage closet is conveniently located on the garage parking level.

The main bedroom has a TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also includes a TV with a DVD player. You’ll enjoy the video game chairs, and an additional twin rollaway bed in the closet just in case friends stop by. A large 42-inch LCD TV is in the living room with a DVD player that will be great for a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach. Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
