Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
