In the evenings, take a cocktail out and look to the east where you can witness the incredible colors of the setting sun on the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve. There are TVs in all the bedrooms with premium Cox cable channels, dressers or closet storage, private bathroom or easy bathroom access, and sitting chairs or private balcony access. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
