There is a private deck off the pub, an arcade room with old school video games, a theater room with relaxing lounge style chairs and recliners, an outdoor pool with a large paved deck and pool cabana bar with TV, a heated indoor pool, two full kitchens, a wine bar, and a coffee station, and a beautiful dining area with a large dining table and lit glass panel features, plus private deck for star gazing and sipping your favorite evening beverage. There is also an elevator servicing all levels of the home, commercial ice maker, covered and open decks, and a 'super suite' located on each floor, offering king bedding and luxury water features in the baths.

The second floor offers two bedroom suites, each with a private bath. The third floor offers six bedroom suites each with a private bath.
