The main floor of this abode will greet you with open arms the moment you step inside. Take your pick of curbing appetites in the full kitchen, gathering in the living room to reminisce and stream favorite shows, or grab a book and read as snow falls quietly outside. This level also has a laundry room for your convenience. Four mini-split air-conditioning units provide all-season comfort throughout the home.

The basement has been converted into a game room, home theater, and home gym, covering all the bases for all ages. Plus, you can step out to the patio area and soak in the private hot tub as the sun goes down to slip into relaxation mode.

• Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.

• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• This unit is Juniper Grove, the main house. The in-law apartment above the garage, Evergreen Terrace is also a Vacasa rental. Both Juniper Grove and Evergreen Terrace may be rented together as RiverHouse or rented individually.

• 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
