Time for a tour: open the front door and you’ll immediately see a space awash in natural light. Beachy blue walls and light floors and kitchen cabinets enhance the wide-open feeling. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare a snack or a full meal, and the open plan means the chef won’t be left out of the fun while they cook. When it’s time to eat, the adjacent dining area seats six.

Sea Colony gives you access a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), a hot tub, sauna, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security.
