When it’s time to eat, the adjacent dining area seats six.

When it's time to head out and explore, you're in luck. Sea Colony gives you access a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), a hot tub, sauna, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security. When you return in the evening, have a cocktail on your private deck, retire to your comfortable sofa and flip on the flatscreen for a little TV before bed. But don't stay up too late – you've got a busy day of exploring tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older.
