Here you can dine al fresco or relax and recharge in a comfortable seating area between your various adventures. A barbecue grill makes meal-making easy when it needs to be.



This spacious home has a large great room featuring a living room area with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. Sliders to the outside front patio let you experience easy inside/outside living.



There is also an inside dining table that seats four, which is right next to a cute modern kitchen. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. This home has two bedrooms - a king bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed bedroom - both of them spacious and very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom walk-in shower and vanity sink. Additional amenities include WiFi and Dish network and a single carport space. There's also plenty of street parking available as well as municipal parking lots within a mile radius of this cute, beachy duplex.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.



Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
