The reservation holder must present photo identification upon check-in. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Vacasa and the guest as well as non-refundable eviction from the home.

- Parking notes: Parking is available for up to 2 cars maximum in the open lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. *Please note that this community ONLY allows 2 cars. If you bring any additional vehicles, you are subject to being towed.* Street parking is not permitted.
