• Parking notes: We can only fit one small to mid-sized vehicle in our garage due to both our personal belongings and those left for our guests to use. No more than two cars can fit in the driveway. The HOA does not allow parking on any grass areas, including those on our property. Street parking is allowed. However, parking is not allowed directly across from any driveway for safety.
