• Renters gain access to the clubhouse using a homeowner clubhouse card. Any unreturned card will result in a $100 fee.
• The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is $35 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six years and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars per local ordinances (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). Street parking is not allowed. No commercial vehicles are permitted in Ocean View Beach Club.
