A 20-minute drive will take you to the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and Sea World is even closer!

The first floor has a newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and a gas range. The bedroom with a queen-sized bed and updated bathroom are also on the main level. The second story has the living area and the walk-out patio which has great neighborhood views. There are air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom.
