• This home is conveniently located to the Wenatchee Super Oval race track - great for an exciting family outing. Please also be aware that the races can be heard from this home on most weekends from April through September.
• Use of the firepit is prohibited during Douglas County's burn ban from June 1st to October 1st

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Four vehicles may park in the driveway.
