Passes are $35.00 each, with a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. ***PLEASE NOTE: Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. ALSO, ALL spots are on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited parking. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. If you need to park a 2nd vehicle, you are welcome to park at our Vacasa office, located at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway. Please come inside and pick up your free Vacasa Pass prior to leaving your vehicle. We will direct you to our guest parking area.
