THINGS TO KNOW
- There will be concrete repair beginning on March 6, 2023. Noise levels will be loud. There will be construction on all corridors for several weeks and after the Easter holiday, there will be work done on the back deck areas. Once a level is done, the floors/balconies will open back up. Workers are allowed to work from 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
- Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Buildings 3 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead walkway spot repair, estimated to be complete by Feb. 1, 2023. There will occasionally be significant construction noise, such as grinding and drilling. - This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
