If you love listening to the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore the spacious balcony at Regency Isle 1003 is ideal for experiencing the soothing sights and sounds of the beach. By extending your living and dining space out to this outdoor venue many possibilities are open to you, especially since access to the balcony is available from the living/dining area and the master bedroom. Sit back and relax in the jetted tub in the main bathroom where you will also find a separate shower. The floors throughout the condo are tile or wood and a wet bar adds to your convenience.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Due to ongoing repairs from Hurricane Sally, there may be construction on site during your stay. Specifically, the breezeways are under renovation/resurfacing and the work is proceeding by floor. As of August 2022, work is focused on the eighth floor and progressing downward. Expect some minor inconvenience/noise.(with an estimated date of completion December 15, 2022. As always, the availability of amenities at any complex cannot be guaranteed at any given time.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on floor 10.
- Parking notes: Parking passes (and armbands, during peak season only) are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. Please note that there is a maximum of two (2) parking passes per unit. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed. *If you have excess vehicles, you are more than welcome to park them at our Vacasa office at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway, but please stop in the office to pick up your free parking pass at the front desk before leaving your vehicle there.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
