During the summer, guests of this condo will be close to extensive hiking and mountain bike trail systems in the Sun Valley area and premier fly fishing. Valley Gem Upper may be rented with Valley Gem Lower as Valley Gem (Entire Home) to accommodate up to seven (7) people (MAX).

THINGS TO KNOW

Bus to slope.

A 4x4 may be required to reach this condo in winter.

You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Elkhorn Amenities available on Seasonal Basis. Elkhorn and Harker Center Pools are closed mid September through end of November and mid April until Memorial Day.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
