The first-floor balcony right off the kitchen has a new gas grill, a sitting area, and a pleasant view of the ocean.

The modern kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and oven, and a walk-in pantry with a highchair for children. This home features two upstairs primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with a shower and bathtub. One primary bedroom is furnished with a smart TV with cable while the other has a balcony with two chairs and more views of the ocean. These bedrooms also boast newly-installed drop-leaf desks and make great spaces for catching up on remote work. The downstairs bedroom includes a half-bath. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your comfort.
