We had a great stay in the condo and especially High Point North. The manager was always available and helpful. Becky from Vacasa is also very helpful and available. The unit was clean, a great view and nice pool also.

Located on the oceanfront in Ocean City, Maryland, the High Point North features a community outdoor pool with a sundeck! This charming, beachfront condo is simply ideal for your next getaway. It offers the convenience of having a private washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a prime location that you can't simply find anywhere. Spend great evenings at home, snuggling on the sofa while watching cable TV or planning your next adventures using the free WiFi.
Things to Know
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building..
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
