The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.
The well-equipped living space features comfortable furniture, a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a full bathroom, and a comfortable sofa bed and Murphy bed for when it's time to finally rest.
Things to Know
- The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
- Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
- Max occupancy is three: two adults and one child under the age of 13.
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
