The home backs to the canal and has a stone paver patio and deck for relaxing in the morning with your coffee or in the afternoon when you return from the day at the beach. The patio has wicker lounge chairs for laying out and soaking up the sun and the deck has a table and chairs. Additional amenities include beach chairs for guest use, boogie boards, a beach cart and wagon to haul your items to the beach, a corn hole, a foosball table in the garage for guest enjoyment, a crab trap for crabbing off the back patio, and an abundant amount of board games and coloring books for the kids.

- Please note that this property is located in an R1 zoned area. Per Ocean City ordinance, no more than 4 unrelated persons may occupy the property during a rental period and guests must complete and return the enclosed registration form. Maximum occupancy limit strictly enforced.
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
