The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and dishwasher, and you'll have all the counter space and cabinet storage you need to prepare wonderful meals while you're here. Serve up to six dinner guests at the handsome dining table while the kids chatter away from the three breakfasts bar stools. Off the kitchen, you'll find an expansive deck furnished with a private gas grill for hosting those hot-weather barbecues.

After a day at the beach, use the private washer and dryer to rinse all the sand out of your beach clothes then take advantage of the free WiFi to research your next outdoor adventure. When it's time to head to bed, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, two on the first level and two more upstairs, each with private balcony access. The central AC and ceiling fans will keep everything nice and cool during a hot summer night.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
