The neighborhood:
Kiahuna Plantation places you in central Poipu, Kauai's sunny South Shore pocket of beaches, dining, and relaxed vacation days. Kiahuna Beach is nearby for a swim or time on the sand, and Poipu Beach is another convenient option. Poipu Shopping Village is close for meals and browsing. It is a location that lets your group keep the car parked more often and choose the beach that suits the day.

Getting around:
Lihue Airport (LIH) is about 30 to 40 minutes from Koloa. A rental car is recommended for Poipu beaches, dining, and the wider south shore. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beaches are a short drive away. Parking is generally available at properties or in small town lots, which makes it easy to explore both on foot and by car.
