THINGS TO KNOW
Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. After booking, we will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and We do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.

September - early November the HOA has scheduled work being completed on the far east side of the building. Your unit is the last on the west side. Please be aware there will be noise during working hours and they will have a portion of the parking lot blocked off for their equipment.
