The incredible skiing at Vail is close at hand -- the nearest lifts are only a 5-minute walk from the condo.

THINGS TO KNOW

Although this condo is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Vail's pleasant summer temperatures.

This first-floor unit is accessed via a short flight of stairs. With additional condos located above, sounds of neighbors in adjacent units may be heard.
