This sixth-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 42” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and 42” cable TV. A second bathroom, accessible from both the second bedroom and hallway, features a tub/shower combination.

Things to Know

• Parking passes are required and can be purchased on-site for $20 per vehicle for the duration of your stay (price subject to change). RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted.
• The swim-through indoor pool is heated from October-April.
• Please note that house parties are not allowed at this rental. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. (Between March 1 - April 20, the age requirement is 24 years old).
• The Tradewinds condominium building is under renovations for the upcoming months. Workers will be on site during daytime hours. Excessive noise may be heard during the daytime. Parking may be limited as equipment is moved around the building. Access into units may be required for work or inspections. Amenities may be closed at any time. Work may be delayed due to weather. The pool is expected to be closed until Spring 2024 at least. Guests will be notified of specific updates as they become available to Vacasa.
