There is a main bedroom on the lower level and a second main floor bedroom with an attached bath. There are also two more-sizable bedrooms upstairs that share a guest bath. The Seaglass has several great features that really put it over the top, beginning with a private hot tub at the house and a private firepit in the backyard.
The nearby community area has a clubhouse with games for the kids, a heated in-ground pool that is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and a newly-added basketball hoop for the little ones. The Townline Road beach in Union Pier is a half-mile from the house, and downtown Union Pier is easily walkable as well.
