Things to Know
- The fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six and above, while using our amenities, including the outdoor pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and outdoor pools using homeowner access cards.
