Due to local restrictions and high demand, the outdoor pool at the Resort Sports Center will begin requiring reservations effective Monday, June 22nd. Reservations will be accepted one day in advance with reservations taken daily from 2 pm to 5 pm for the following day. The pool area will be cleaned and sanitized between reservation blocks.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle Creat. The townhouse is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We wish we would have had a few more days to enjoy the communities amenities. We Would love to go back some time.

We had a great time staying here for golf and summer fun. There are two outdoor pools nearby, one even has a large splash pad for young kids. The house is quiet and comfortable and has plenty of room for 8 people. Close to downtown Redmond where there are cute shops and great restaurants. Definitely recommend for a fun Redmond vacation. The vacasa staff is helpful and responsive.

We really liked the location and the size of the house. The house is bigger than the pictures made it look. We wanted the house because we cook, and we wanted the grill we were disappointed that the grill did not work. Also, we were excited to have a hot tub, but it was not clean. I'm giving it 5 stars because we really liked the place and Vacasa tried really hard to get the hot tub cleaned for us to use, but it did not get up to temperature to enjoy after they cleaned it. Vacasa was a really nice company to support.

Well equipped and comfortable for a large family.
There were a few things that need attention. A sink in each master bathroom (upstairs and downstairs) did not drain at all. The pull was actually disconnected on both so there was zero way to drain the sinks. The living room lights were missing knobs, so there were not operable. Other than those things were inconvenient, we enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Dining room seated 10 guys well. The deck had seating for 10, the jacuzzi had many options, the ice maker worked fine. The stove never made it to 350 degree's. But the bbq would. Vacasa needs to do a better job of working with tenants, reduce the use of several different names for a property in their communications, and provide an address that can be input into a navigation system.

This home was outrageously expensive so it was a bit of a surprise to be so poorly equipped and very dirty. The floor plan and location were great so stepping up the cleaning and furnishings would make it perfect.

The home is what we need, but the management seems like it is lacking in areas. Small things, but kind of annoying and due to covid I guess they were to small to address by the management. The issues we had where for some reason some of the pictures on the walls were missing, seemed real odd. The fire place gas was turned off. We wanted to use the barbQ, but the brush to clean the grill was missing. The fire alarm was chirping, but we did find some batteries and we fixed that.

The unit was as advertised. It was clean and very roomy for 3 couples. Great walking trails in the development. Great location, 10 minutes to Redmond, 20 minutes to Sisters and 30 minutes to Bend. It felt secluded as the golf course is 50 yards away and there are a lot of pine trees to block any sign of other people.

Townhouse was perfect with regard to layout, appliances, furnishings, patio/porch, location and utensils. Everything one could want.
However, condition of unit was horrible when it came to cleaning. On arrival the carpeting had multiple stains, marred walls, a BBQ that was rusted, etc. Overall cleanliness was poor. Clean up crew not doing an even average job.

The layout of the house worked for 5 of us who were there for a golf tournament at Eagle Crest Golf Resort. It needs some TLC in a few places, but it was conveniently located.

The layout of this home was great for us. The two master suites were perfect for our two married couples, and there were two rooms with two twin beds each for the children and our other adult. The kitchen was spacious and had most everything we needed, and the deck had a bbq and hot tub. The air conditioning came in handy in the 95 degree weather. The kiddos loved hanging out at the pool, and the putting green golf course was a hit for the whole family.

We've visited Eagle Crest many times (and will go back), but this was our first time staying in this condo. This condo needs a bit of updating, but overall is in a great location. We weren't too happy about having to pay for a late checkout, but it was worth it in the end. The condo is located just a couple hundred feet from the pro shop, and the back patio looks at the #1 tee of the Challenge Course. Hot tub was great, amenities were awesome. Will go again!

First time renting a house in Eagle Crest. This house was big enough to accommodate 8 women on a midweek get away. Lots of room but carpet and tile floor could have been cleaner.

We loved Eagle Crest and this house was very comfortable for two families. However... the AC unit needs to get fixed as it stopped working several times and it got pretty warm inside and was hard to sleep!

We are sorry to see that the air conditioner did not work well for this stay. It was discovered upon inspection that the unit froze because it was turned below 70 degrees. The unit is working great now that it is set to the appropriate temperature.
